Now it’s easier to contribute

We’ve done a little improvement, so now it’s much easier to contribute your work. You can done it in 3 different ways:

  • upload it directly to the website (you need to be registered, but there’s an instructional video);
  • send it to administrators via the form;
  • send it to administrators via email.

You can try it right now!

Does anybody have more ideas on how to make contributions easier?

The Queen of Camden

I know of a beautiful soul
who shared more with us in her short life, as she played so many roles.

Her time here on Earth was spent full of talent and worth.
Some only heard the negative spin,
but those of us more fortunate
were the ones to win.

For we were blessed to know all of the facets of her fractured and tortured body and mind.  She shared her hurt with the world
and used her voice as an instrument.

Her lyrics were raw emotion.
She had the gift of being a brilliantly inspired lyricist.
As I write this, my eyes are full of mist.

You see, as I think of her humor and wit;
how in a world of posers-she was always true and genuine.
A free thinker, a gentle spirit, with a heart of gold- too good for this world full of cold.

Those of us who had the privledge of seeing beyond the facade, will keep her spirit alive.
That voice of an angel will always sing in our hearts and souls.

Heaven must sound beautiful, Amy Jade Mermaid. Until we meet up in eternity.

Run it, run it!

Okay, we have the project’s website, we are on Facebook, we are on Twitter. Now let’s remember why we have launched it all – to gather tributes. Artworks, poems, notes, essays – right anything you devote to Amy.

So, please, don’t hesitate to upload your works and help us to spread it over the world: share this idea to your friends on Facebook and Twitter, let them know about this project and may them contribute their works for the Album.

Let’s “run it, run it!” 🙂

Run it, run it!

Hear me, Sister

Do you hear me, sister?
Please, let me know you do!
I have so much to tell you, sister,
I want to hear you too.
I am so grateful, sister,
For all you have done,
For all you have taught me,
For being my sun.

You let me breathe,
You have shown me the way,
You have shared with me your fire –
The gift for which I could never pay.

You’re always with me, sister,
My heart is your home,
And I can feel your presence
Wherever I go.
Sometimes I see you, sister,
When I close my eyes,
I see you as a raging blaze,
Fighting with black ice.

And you let me breathe,
You have shown me the way,
You have shared with me your fire –
The gift for which I could never pay.

You inspired me, sister,
You shown me the light,
You shown me the freedom,
For which I will fight.
I will carry on, sister,
The flame which you set,
And you will hear me, sister,
Your smile is what I want to get.

Coz you let me breathe,
You have shown me the way,
You have shared with me your fire –
The gift for which I could never pay.
