Amy Winehouse had an amazing soul and so many feelings to express with her music. I named this portrait after her famous song “Back To Black”, which I found deeply beautiful from the very first time I heard it. The news of her death left me so stunned and so sad that the only thing I could do is to draw her, as a personal tribute. She was a great singer, she left us too soon…but she will always live in our hearts.
